Food Wins is a family meal-planning app available at foodwins.divydovy.com. It is operated by David Lockie, Loulé, Portugal. For questions or requests, email divydovy+foodwins@gmail.com.

01

Who can use Food Wins

You must be at least 18 years old to use Food Wins on your own. If you are under 18, you may use it only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You agree to use the service for lawful, personal family meal-planning purposes and not to interfere with, misuse, or try to break the service.

02

Meals are suggestions only

Food Wins uses preferences, ingredients, and AI-assisted generation to suggest possible meals for families with children. These meals are ideas only.

Food Wins does not provide medical, nutritional, dietary, allergy, or healthcare advice. Always check ingredients, labels, preparation methods, and possible allergens before serving food. Speak to a qualified healthcare professional for allergies, medical diets, growth concerns, restrictive diets, or nutrition questions.
03

No warranty on meal suggestions

Meal suggestions may be incomplete, inaccurate, unsuitable, unavailable, or wrong for your household. Food Wins does not promise that any meal is safe, allergen-free, nutritionally balanced, age-appropriate, culturally appropriate, or liked by your child.

You are responsible for checking every suggestion before buying, preparing, or serving food.

04

Accounts and data deletion

If you use account sync, Food Wins may store your account email and meal-planning data so the app can sync across devices. You can request deletion of account data by emailing divydovy+foodwins@gmail.com.

Deletion requests will be handled as reasonably as possible. Some limited records may remain for a short time in backups, logs, or records needed for security, legal, or operational reasons.

05

Service provided as-is

Food Wins is provided as-is and as available. There are no guarantees that the service will always be available, secure, error-free, fast, complete, or compatible with every device or browser.

The service may change, pause, or stop at any time. Features may be added, removed, or limited without notice.

06

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, David Lockie and Food Wins will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or for losses connected to meal choices, allergens, nutritional outcomes, food preparation, service interruption, data loss, AI-generated errors, or your use of or inability to use the service.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud or intentional misconduct where applicable.

07

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as Food Wins changes. The updated date above will show when the terms were last changed. Continued use of Food Wins after changes means you accept the updated terms.
